How do I secure a booking?
Check that the weeks are
available and let us know that you wish to book either by email Kelly@minutes2disney.co.uk or by calling
01371 820892 we can call you straight back.
You can email back the online booking form or we can post you a booking
form along with our terms and conditions, we require £100/$170
non refundable deposit for each week booked. We can hold the booking
for one week pending your deposit.
When will l have to pay the full amount?
We ask for the full payment 8 weeks before your arrival in the home,
you will receive a reminder email and a final invoice at this time
we will also add a refundable deposit to your final invoice (see
below) of £200 or $300

What happens to my security deposit?
We hold this sum against any
damage to the home, once our agents confirm the home is in good order
after your departure then we will refund this to you. Normally this
process takes a week to ten days.
How do I gain access to the home?
Two weeks before your arrival in
the home we will provide you with the full address of the home and
the access code to the lockbox to the property.
The lockbox contains the key to the front door so there is no need
to visit the management agent offices.
Arrival and departure times
Check in is from 16.00 on day of arrival
and departure no later than 10.00am on day of departure. This period
is required to allow time for the home to be cleaned ready for the
next guests. It may be possible to arrange variation to these times
depending on the next rental. Please ask we will always help if we
can.
Can I stay for less than a complete week?
Stays of less than one
week or part two weeks are possible, although for short stays of
less than 5 days we do add a cleaning fee of $100. Stays of part
weeks after the first week e.g. 10 days, are usually not a problem
but are subject to availability.
How many people can stay?
Florida state license state that maximum
occupancy is 12.
Can we smoke at the villa?
We operate a strict no smoking policy
which applies to inside the villa but are happy for you to smoke
outside providing you use and empty an ashtray.
Can we bring pets?
Pets are not allowed with the exception of guide
dogs.
Is there Internet access?
Yes, high speed Internet access is available at our Florida villa.
Is the pool heated?
The pool is naturally warm but you may wish to use the pool heater
from late October-April. There is an additional charge for this
made by the management company.
Please enquire at time of booking.
Is there maid service?
The villa is professionally cleaned between
guests and the villa is fully equipped with washer dryer dishwasher
and vacuum cleaner but if you require we can arrange additional cleaning
services for an additional fee.
What are the seasons and weather like in Florida?
Spring (March to May)
The temperature highs are in the upper
80’s
but are sometimes cooler in the evenings.
Lows possibly in the 50’s plenty of sunshine but spring
showers are common.
Swimwear and light clothing recommended for daytime.
Summer (June to September)
The daily temperatures are
in the 90’s with strong Florida
sunshine. Lows average in the 70’s late afternoon thunderstorms
are common but normally go as quickly as they have appeared.
Visit attractions early to avoid the midday heat and then return
in the evening to enjoy the extended summer hours and night time
shows.
Light clothing sun cream and comfortable footwear a must.
Autumn (October and early December)
This is ideal weather
with highs in the 80’s and lows in the
60’s. An abundance of sunshine occasional thunderstorms lasting
around half an hour before the sunshine resumes.
Swimwear and light
clothing for daytime and a sweater may be required for the evenings.
Winter (Mid December to February)
Cooler temperatures
between late December and January. Highs average in the 70's and
evening lows in the 40’s and 50’s.
Swimwear and light clothing for warm afternoons.
Warmer clothing and jackets for the cooler evenings.
